Transvaal 1879 (Aug.-Sept.) Overprinted "v.r./transvaal.", S.G. Types 16a Imperforate 1d. red on yellow (4, one with small "t" and one with Potchefstroom c.d.s.), 1d. red on orange (4, all unused and comprising a pair, [14-15R], and two singles, one with small "t"), 3d. mauve on green (4, one with small "t" and one with Potchefstroom c.d.s.) and 3d. mauve on blue (4, one with small "t" and one with no stop after "r"); a few faults in places though of generally fine appearance.
