Seychelles 1890 Keyplate Issue Essays "postage postage" perforated proofs in green and in carmine, the first with handpainted country name and 2c. shaded value tablet in carmine with the value highlighted in Chinese white, the second with handpainted country name and 4c. value tablet in blue, both affixed to piece of card (66x57mm.) dated "may 20th 89" which bears a superb handpainted essay for a Revenue 2c. value in violet and blue-green with value highlighted in Chinese white and with simulated perforations.
