" 1/2" and "half" on 1d. rose, an upper right corner block of sixteen (4x4) with interpanneau margin at right comprising " 1/2" 4 1/2mm. high (12) and 4mm. high (4), unused with large part original gum; the odd trace of foxing in places and a few perfs. strengthened though a very rare positional multiple of this interesting surcharge provisional.
