Gambia 1880-81 Issue Cancelled Stamps 1/2d. orange, 1d. maroon, 2d. rose, 3d. bright ultramarine and 1/- green, each overprinted "cancelled" (Samuel D4) and affixed to three pieces (once a single piece when offered in the De La Rue Archive) with that bearing the 1/2d. and 1d. values marked "15 set" at top; 1/2d. with small defect at right, the 1d. and 1/- with some perfs. trimmed off at foot.
