Cape of Good Hope 1855-63 White Paper Covers 1863 (13 July) triple rate envelope from Malmesbury to Cape Town, bearing 1/- bright yellow-green with good to very large margins, affixed slightly over edge of cover, clearly cancelled and tied, despatch and arrival (18.7) oval d.s. on reverse; the adhesive with a small fault at lower left corner and the envelope with a vertical fold clear of the adhesive.
