Cameroons French Campaign 1914 - 1918 Civilian Mail 1916 (22 Sept.) envelope addressed to the French Steamer "Afrique" at Duala, bearing French Cameroun 1916-17 on Middle Congo 25c. clearly tied by "matadi a bordeaux/l.l. no 1" octagonal d.s. with unframed "duala" and "afrique" handstamps alongside in violet and showing, on reverse, oval "chargeurs reunis francaise de navigation a vapeur" cachet (Salles 1229).
