Great Britain 1840 One Penny Black Plate IV OC-OF, the unique horizontal strip of four tied to piece by four fine and clear strikes of the distinctive Wotton-under-Edge Maltese Cross in red, clear to good margins all round except OF which is just touched at right, OE with a vertical fold not affecting the appearance and otherwise very fine.
