Bermuda 1937 KG VI uncrowned head die proof facing half left in double oval surround with cross-hatched background, in deep blue on wove paper (55x58mm.) with Bradbury, Wilkinson imprint at foot, numbered "g/349", marked "Approved", initialled and dated "23.4.37", the proof affixed to thick card (107x164mm.) lettered "B"; also the original Crown Agents envelope in which this proof was enclosed marked "Appd Kings Head Vignette for Colonial Stamp (1)" and "Appd 23.4.37".
