Great Britain 1841-53 One Penny Red-Brown Plate 86: SI, good to very large margins all round and showing a small portion of the adjoining stamp at right, tied by a light strike of "241" barred oval of Denbigh in violet on clean, uncreased envelope addressed to Ellesmere, on reverse Rhyl (26.7) and Ellesmere (27.7) blue double-ring datestamps; the finest of the few known covers with the violet numeral cancellation.
