State pane of sixty showing fifteen varieties from the 1st. state and four additional varieties; 1d. upper left and upper right panes of sixty in contrasting shades, three in each showing raised and level stops mixed and one in each showing stops level; 2d. bright mauve pane of sixty (no gum), three stamps with raised and level stops mixed, one with stops level and one with reversed "caslon" between "R" and "I", and several other varieties; Third Setting 6d. blue pane of sixty with the top six rows cancelled-to-order by Winburg c.d.s., six (three used) showing thick "V" and other varieties.
