Orange Free State 1900 V.R.I. Overprints A selection of envelopes (6, five registered) bearing a variety of values (24) and including one to London with 1d. and 2d. pair (one with thick "V" and inverted "1" for "I"), one from Bloemfontein addressed locally and bearing First Printing 1d. pair, one with wide space between "V" and "R", one to Cape Town with 1d. (5 with a Second Printing pair, [4-5] with [5] showing no stop after "I"), and one to Kiderlen; four used postal stationery cards (one uprated) and a group of thirteen forgeries plus a cover bearing eight values, seven genuine and a 6d. bright carmine with forged surcharge.
