Orange Free State 1896 (Oct.) "Halve/Penny" on 3d. Ultramarine A complete sheet formed by a double pane of 120 and two panes of sixty from different sheets, the upper half comprising the double pane with the surcharge misplaced to foot resulting in the no bar and bar at top varieties, the right-hand pane with no stop on [60], the lower half comprising two panes of sixty with three showing no stop and one showing variety "Peuny"; the lower left pane without gum, the others good to fine mint.
