Orange Free State 1896 (Sept.) " 1/2d" on 3d. Ultramarine Lower left and lower right mint panes of sixty, the lower left pane with ten stamps showing surcharge double and [25] with surcharge triple, others showing type varieties, largely unmounted; both lack the lower margin, one stamp in the left pane defective though generally good to fine and impressive multiples.
