Orange Free State 1890 (Dec.) - 91 "1d" Surcharges First Setting, 1d. on 4d. Ultramarine S.G. Type a, a mint block of twenty-four, being the lower four rows of the lower-left pane, [37-60], with full sheet margins and illustrating the various types of numeral serif, [53-54] showing "1d" moved 2mm. to left, nearly all unmounted; a few small faults, mainly confined to the margins. A scarce multiple; also S.G. Type a and b (two slightly different types) singles mint and an example on 1892 (4 Sept.) envelope from Rouxville to England which has not been taxed.
