Falkland Islands 1933 Centenary Issue 1/2d. to £1 set of twelve stamp size photographic essays by G. Roberts, each with frames handpainted in colours close to those issued, affixed to piece of card (206x254mm.) marked at foot "Suggested Designs For Stamps Designed and Produced by G. Roberts". A scarce and attractive set. Also Post Office Notice advertising the set with incorrect issue date of 1st. January altered to "2nd" in manuscript. Photo Estimate £ 1,200-1,500
