Antarctica 1901-03 German "Gauss" Antarctic Expedition Unknown publisher picture postcard (Wharton BA-3), signed by Drygalski, from St. Helena (28 August 1903) to Berlin and redirected locally, bearing 1d. with St. Helena c.d.s. and showing two different German d.s. (13.10), the face panel with minor faults though scarce. Also Certificate for crossing the equator, made out to Professor Dr. Ernst Vanhoffen and showing an illustration of the Gauss.
