North Borneo Sandakan 1946 (19 Mar.) envelope registered to U.S.A., bearing 1945 50c. and $1 in combination with U.S. Special Delivery 10c. pale blue each cancelled with "mar 1946/19/sandakan" d.s. (Type D32) in violet and with registration h.s. (Type R10, the earliest recorded date of use) at foot, the reverse with Singapore (date unclear), New York (13.4) and Memphis (15.4) d.s.; a most unusual combination franking.
