North Borneo Sandakan 1924 (4 Jan.) envelope to London, bearing 1909-23 4c. with light c.d.s. (Type D20) and with a fine strike of the "british empire/Lion/exhibition 1924" handstamped slogan (HS2, the earliest recorded date of use) in violet, the Imperial rate being 6c., underfranked by 2c. and showing, on reverse, inverted triangular-framed "T" (Type UP4) however with no postage due collected; most unusual.
