North Borneo Sandakan 1899 (21 Oct.) unfranked envelope from Budapest to Batu Puteh Estate, Sandakan, showing "T" h.s. alongside despatch c.d.s. and bearing Postage Due 1897 12c. block of five clearly cancelled with Sandakan c.d.s. (28.11), the reverse bearing Budapest National Millennium Exhibition label (torn on opening) and three further Sandakan c.d.s.; the envelope with a horizontal crease well clear of the adhesives.
