Perak Tapah 1890 (6 Apr.) envelope registered to England, bearing Straits Settlements 1882 8c. orange (4), all cancelled by oval of bars (Type K1), showing unframed "registered" h.s. (Type R1, only recorded example), Penang and red London transit d.s. and, on reverse, very light "tapa" double-ring d.s.
