Perak Port Weld 1884 (13 Jan.) envelope (182x120mm.) to France, marked "via Brindisi", bearing Straits Settlements 2c. rose, 4c. brown (6) and 6c. lilac (5), all cancelled by "larut-1" c.d.s. (Type D1) and again in transit at Penang with dumb obliterator, showing Penang Paid c.d.s. and "modane a paris" datestamps in red; the envelope with some small faults including some staining at edges.
