Perak Bidor 1924 (26 Apr.) envelope to Kuala Lumpur, bearing Straits Settlements 5c. (invalid in Perak) clearly tied by "bidor" double-ring d.s. (Type D2) with manuscript "Regret Cancelled in error" and initials alongside, showing Tax h.s. (Type UP1, the only recorded example), blue crayon "10", boxed "kuala lumpur/10 Cts./to pay" in violet and, on reverse, Tapah Road transit d.s.; some minor faults. Most unusual.
