Negri Sembilan Seremban G.P.O. 1933 (13 Apr.) envelope from Basra, Iraq to Seremban via Bombay (22.4), readdressed to Ronatau and again to Bahau, bearing Iraq 2f., handstamped "insufficiently/prepaid" and bearing FMS Postage Due 8c. pair tied by framed "charge not collected/fresh label required" (Type I5, the only recorded example) and Seremban c.d.s. (5.5) and another pair of Postage Due 8c. on arrival at Bahau (15.5) and cancelled with similar h.s. (Type I4, only recorded example), the cover then forwarded to Kuala Lumpur D.L.O. where bi-lingual "Unknown" label affixed and then sent to the sender who was then in Belgium.
