(Type D2), tied by arrival c.d.s., showing Tumpat and Singapore transit datestamps with, on face, fine registration h.s. (Type R2, the only recorded example) and circular-framed "ar" (Type AR1, the only recorded example; the envelope with paper adhering to right side of face panel. Extremely rare.
