Penang Covers and Cancellations 1884 (30 Jan.) treble rate envelope to Toulouse, marked "via Brindisi", bearing 1882 10c. vertical pair and 1883 4c., both placed sideways and tied by slightly over-inked "B/172" obliterator (Type K6, latest recorded date), showing "penang/paid" (Type PD6) and "modane a paris" datestamps, both in red, with Lyon/Marseilles T.P.O on reverse.
