x France 1862 20c. blue, horizontal strip of three (perfs. trimmed at foot), tied by "cemb" in lozenge of dots cancellations to envelope dated 1 May 1863 addressed to Paris with Corps Exp. Mexique datestamp and boxed "pd" alongside, arrival datestamp on reverse; fine and a most unusual 60c. rate. Also 1853-61 20c. with "cemc" cancellation. Photo Estimate £ 350-400
