Gibraltar Accountancy and Instructional Marks 1871 mourning envelope "Via Spain & France" to Wales, bearing 6d. mauve Plate 9 cancelled with "A26" duplex, rated "8" twice (one deleted) and showing "insufficiently/*/prepaid" h.s. alongside circular-framed "more/to/pay" h.s. and with "deficient postage 2/fine— 6" handstamp at lower left, Bangor arrival c.d.s.
