Gibraltar Early Letters 1684 (31 Oct.) entire letter from John Fowkes to John Wyse in London, marked "p. Capt. Robts QDC" and with manuscript "3" charged on arrival, "fe/22" Bishopmark across join on reverse; good content with reference to a previous letter forwarded via the Consul and Cadiz to London, this current letter being forwarded by a small ship from Malaga bound for Bristol.
