x Brunei 1979 Opening of Ports and Harbours, prepared for use but not issued 12s., 20s., 25s. and 75s., the 20s. with tiny black spot on gum otherwise fresh and fine unmounted mint. Extremely rare, one of two known sets, neither of which have been offered on the open market. Unlisted in S.G.; ISC 301-304, unpriced.
