Ceylon 1891-1900 mainly mint range including 1892 3c. on 4c. rose overprinted "specimen" and 3c. on 28c. marginal block of six, 1893-99 CA 4c. block of four and used block of six, 30c. (both shades) in blocks of four and 2r.50 (3, one overprinted "specimen" and one used), 1898-99 1r.50 on 2r.50 (3, two used) and 2r.25 on 2r.50 (3, two used), and 1899-1900 2c. to 2r.25 overprinted "specimen", 2c. to 1r.50 in blocks of four, and 1r.50 and 2r.25 (2, one used).
