Great Britain 1883-84 Lilac and Green Issue 2 1/2d. lilac, LS, with 5d. dull green, II, JG and JI on 1885 (6 Jan.) 2d. registered postal stationery envelope to Paris, London barred oval cancellations with red oval "registered/lombard st" datestamp; a little stained on the front from red wax seal on reverse; fine and a scarce "Lilac and Green" franking.
