Great Britain 1847-54 Embossed Issue 10d. brown, die 1, cut square, touched at left, good margins other sides, used with imperforate 1d. (2) on 1852 (Jan.) entire addressed to the Catholic Bishop of Auckland, New Zealand, endorsed "Registered" and "6" in red, London "51" barred oval cancellations, red "ship letter/(crown)/ london" (Robertson S.29), Auckland arrival of July 1852 and handstruck "2" for local delivery, all on front; filing fold clear of the adhesives and light overall toning but fine and extremely unusual franking to this unusual destination.
