Great Britain 1858-79 Plate Numbers One Penny Plate 168 (corner fault), used on 1877 (6 Nov.) envelope addressed to Cheapside, the envelope contained a piece of steel which was thought by the Post Office to be a coin, compulsory registration and with "caution" label on reverse. The letter was refused, opened by the Post Office, caution label cancelled and the front endorsed "Piece of Steel, Not Coin" and "Deliver free R.L.O."; most unusual Estimate £ 80-100
