Ceylon 1861-64 Watermark Star Issue Clean-cut and Intermediate perf. 14 to 15 1/2 5d. chestnut, clean-cut perf., neatly cancelled by large part strike of "cancelled" obliterator, thinned though of fine appearance. Extremely rare, one of four recorded examples, one of which is in the collection of Her Majesty The Queen. R.P.S. Certificate (2004). S.G. 22, £8000.
