Great Britain Illustrated and Printed Envelopes 1899 (19 Sept.) exquisite hand-coloured envelope depicting a young lady in a hat carrying a basket of flowers, addressed to Miss Edwards, Redland and bearing 1881 1d. cancelled by London squared-circle datestamp; some minor mounting imperfections on the reverse.
