Henry IV, heavy coinage, 1399-1412, Noble, 6.17g, type Ib, London, m.m. unclear, king crowned facing in ship holding sword and shield with lis one above two below, crescent on ship´s rudder, saltire stops, rev. floriate cross arms extending from central panel containing letter h, saltire stops (Schneider 194- same obverse dies; N.1336; S.1706), clipped, straightened and with some weakness, pleasing king, nearly very fine, extremely rare Estimate £ 8,000-10,000 provenance An extremely rare single find of a Henry IV heavy coinage Noble, found near Hoxne, Suffolk, 2010.
