(?). Original publisher´s embossed purple cloth, worn at extremities. Covers loose, spine damaged. Loosely inserted: Thomas. E. Sassanian Gems and Early Armenian Coins. Reprinted from: Num. Chron., 1866. Octavo, pp. 8; 1 plate. Inscribed by E. Leggett on upper cover. Old Spink & Son label, as at Gracechurch Street, on inner cover. With letter (4pp) from the author to ´Walpole´ [=The Hon. F. Walpole], dated 7 Oct. ´68, mentioning the few reviews of the book, tipped in on recto of frontispiece.
