Paris Gigantic Wheel and Varieties Co. Ltd., bearer warrant for 5 shares of £1, London (1899), no.B9153, Ferris wheel and buildings in centre, naked Fortuna on winged wheel with flags of France and England at left, mauve and black, printed by Waterlow & Sons, with coupons, good very fine. Estimate £ 60 Built for the Paris Exposition of 1910 and was slightly larger than the London wheel at 300 feet diameter. It held 1600 passengers. Dismantled in 1920 and the carriages were used for the homeless.
