R.), contact marks, otherwise good very fine, with the related miniature awards (2) Estimate £ 450-550 Major Maxwell Robertson Hyslop, born February 1858; Commissioned Lieutenant, Leicestershire Regiment, November 1876; served during the Afghan Campaign 1878-79, and present at the capture of Ali Musjid and in the first expedition into the Bazar Valley; Captain, July 1884; employed with the Army Pay Department, July 1884 to March 1888; Appointed Adjutant, 1st Volunteer Battalion, Durham Light Infantry, December 1893; Major, February 1894; retired, March 1900.
