Estimate £ 100 James Benjamin Taylor (1860-1944), a so-called Randlord, pioneer of South African diamond and gold mining, early partner of Alfred Beit in Werner, Beit & Co., helped found ´Corner House´. Retired a multimillionaire at the age of 34. This company owned property in the De Kaap Gold Fields.
