Estimate £ 50 Registered in 1901 as a reconstruction of Duncan Mines Ltd., which in turn was registered in 1897 to acquire property in the Kootenay District of British Columbia belonging to the Duncan Syndicate Ltd. and the Michel Mine Syndicate. Acquired the Granite Gold Mines which owned the Granite Poorman claims near Nelson, and a large block of shares in the Queen Bess Proprietary Ltd.
