Japan 3s. postal stationery reply card bearing German Post Offices in China 1898 5pf. with overprint at 56° (4) tied by "shanghai/deutsche post" type 5 c.d.s. and showing Petersfield arrival on reverse; the reply section cancelled by 1900 (22 Mar.)
