China Liberated Areas North China Chin-Ki-Lu-Yu Border Area, Temporary Postage Paid: 1938 (28 Jan.) envelope to Tsinan bearing handstruck 5c. red cancelled by Changte Ho, Anyang c.d.s. with a second strike alongside, Peking transit (25.2) c.d.s., triangular examiner´s mark and large "T" in circle; the reverse with 10c. Postage Due tied by Tangyi c.d.s. (2.3) with Tsinan arrival alongside (27.3). Two folding crease and light soiling. A rare cover.
