China 1912 Provisional Neutrality Hankow, Nanking and Changsha 1912 (24 Mar.) 1c. stationery card (vertical fold) uprated with Provisional Neutrality 1c. and 3c. plus Republic 1/2c. tied by Hankow bilingual c.d.s.; the reverse with oval datestamp of the Deputy Postmaster, Hankow dated 1913 (2 Jan.) with the message that these stamps were sold on 24th March.
