Spanish Colonies Mariana Islands 1899, the issued stamps used on cover 2c. blue-green pair and 6c. blue, tied by single "gobierno p.m./yslas marianas/(arms)" cancellation to envelope registered to Manila, on reverse violet double ring "Mil. Sta. No. 1 Philippine Isls/Registered/Dec. 11 1899" and black "mil. sta no. 1 manila, phil. is´ds./rec´d/dec 11/4 30pm/99" on reverse; the envelope with horizontal filing fold and small portions of the reverse missing.
