Great Britain 1840 Mulready One Penny Envelopes Stereo obscured, 1841 (8 Sept.) from Nottingham to Cambridge with despatch and arrival (9/9) on reverse, cancelled by two bright red Maltese Cross cancellations (contrary to regulations). Turned and re-addressed to Nottingham bearing 1841 1d. Plate 13, NI, margins all round, with black Maltese Cross cancellation and 1841 (15 July) despatch plus arrival (17/7) on the reverse; some small flap faults but a rare and highly unusual envelope.
