† Great Britain Treasury Competition Essays and Associated Material mercantile committee: Very large letter sheet with printed message on the address panel high highlighting the nonsense of the current postage rates, primarily that a letter measuring 80 square inches could be sent more cheaply than one measuring less that four square inches simply because one comprised a single sheet of paper and the other two sheets, used with red London c.d.s.; somewhat defective though still most appealing.
