x Great Britain Line-Engraved Issues 1840 One Penny Black Plate IV CK, small to good margins, on clean entire from London to Sheffield dated 6 July 1840, tied by small part strike of the red Maltese Cross at top which leaves the whole of the Queen´s head completely clear (extremely unusual), the address panel with fine Shrewsbury double-arc d.s. of 7 July and framed "missent to/shrewsbury" adjacent; pressed vertical crease crosses adhesive though barely apparent on the surface and not detrcating from the fine appearance of this most usual usage.
