Maritime Wreck Covers of the World North America 1911 (Mar.) steamer "Bruce", struck a submerged rock off Port Nova, near Scatterie, envelope (roughly opened at left) from St. John´s, Newfoundland to Sydney, Canada, bearing 1c. pair and showing manuscript "Saved from the wreck of the ´Bruce´" and "Friday Morning March 24th./11".
