x Great Britain Postal History Ireland 1843 (20 Nov.) envelope from Strokestown to Sydney, New South Wales, bearing 1841 1d. red-brown, plate 35, RG-SG, RJ-RK, RH-RI and RL-SL pairs (mostly with margins all round) tied by light strikes of the black Maltese Cross, very fine red oval "paid ship letter/london" datestamp, the reverse with Ship Letter Sydney arrival d.s.; the envelope opened-out for display, some pressed creasing though otherwise fine and not affecting the excellent appearance.
